Ashley Roberts, MHS, CPB

Practice Administrator

Ashley Higgins is the Practice Administrator at Asheville Neurology Specialists. She is a 2017 graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and 2018 graduate from Western Carolina University with a Master’s in Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Management.

Ashley assists with the direction of the organization’s financial planning and various accounting functions. She values patient relationships and the streamlining of filing and payments with both patients and the insurance companies. Ashley also submits Explanation of Benefits and other necessary documents for those patients who are currently receiving any form of Patient Assistance.

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time outdoors. Her two favorite activities are vacations to the beach and walking her two puppies.
